Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8

I am with you always - Matthew 28:20

Hi Friends :) Weekend is nearing :) Just one more day. With that joy I am here with a bible scripture card. I came across a wonderful inspiring blog "Each Card Tells A Story" and a fellowship challenge blog "Stamping Sisters in Christ" this week. . I really got enthused and moved  by the Fellowship blog. I loved the challenge blog so much that each challenge is based on a scripture from Bible. A bible scripture with either a testimony or an inspiring message or a beautiful poem is posted along with the challenge every Sunday.

This week the scripture posted was Isiah 40:31  "They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with winds like eagles. Isaiah 40:31." along with a lovely  poem . The Challenge was to make a card with wings and a bible scripture.

The bible verse in my card is from Matthew 28:20 "Be sure of this , I am with you always". This is the most comforting verse for me whenever I feel dejected or lonely. This beautiful poem is written by Ken Pilcher. I found this poem from a Christian Website "Faith Club" where you can find lot of inspiring poems with bible scriptures, gospel songs etc. When I saw the challenge that we have to use wings, immediately this poem and verse came to mind.

Since the Challenge rule was to use wings in the project I have used image of holy spirit, protecting wings poem  and butterfly pattern paper. Apart from those I have used pink colour cardstock, pearls, lace and pink satin ribbon. I would like to hear your voices about the card. Visit the challenge blog to read the lovely poem. Do join their fellowship and be blessed.
