Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Diwali Card

Hello Everyone :) Here is one more Diwali card. I have used the same colour combination which I had used for the previous diwali cards. I felt  this colour would be very apt for this festival so I used the same colour for all Diwali cards.

I had cut the picture of  Lord Ganesha from a Wedding Invitation and used punches for the stars. Hope you like it. Do post your views. It means a lot to me. Thanks for visiting :)

I am entering this card in Papertake Weekly - Shapes, Crazy for Challenges - Create something for an upcoming holiday, Make it Monday - Anything goes.

Diwali - Festival of Lights

Diwali is one of the most important hindu festivals celebrated in India. Diwali falls on 26th of this month. As the word Diwali says Festival of lights with diyas and crackers I have made this diwali greeting card with quilled diyas.

Its a simple card made with punches and Quilling. I punched the border with my favourite craft punch. Hope you like it. Do post your comments. I would like to hear your voices. Enjoy the festive season. Thanks for visiting :)
